cnn 说的是 “The 6-3 Supreme Court decision striking down a type of gun carry restriction embraced by only six states, will have the effect of making all sorts of regulations all across the country vulnerable to new legal challenges.“
就是最高法院的法官都有不同意见，在majority 意见上，the majority said courts should consider whether modern firearms regulations are consistent with the Second Amendment's text and historical understanding.
但在majority 里面的法官Alito, 在他的单独意见中说 the only thing the majority had really done was strike down the New York law.
