军队基于PR需求会有允许媒体拍摄一些内容的情况，但一般要求需要是被批准的媒体，而且可以随时收回许可。伊拉克战争时发生过随军记者在地上画出现状无意中泄露部队位置的情况，这是非常知名的的记者，照样被制裁，当时是很知名的的事件。

越战后美国就不允许没有经过军队批准的记者报道军事现场，演戏如同打仗，这个概念不需要解释。
