McCormick indeed is a dominant brand in seasoning and cooking business in the U.S. You can find them in most supermarkets. I am surprised it also finds success in China since people’s tastes and preferences are very different from country to country. For example, it sells parsley powder in the U.S. I don’t think any Chinese cooking recipe uses parsley. In China they use star anise a lot. McCormick must have adapted to the Chinese market well.
