中国这样做肯定不是价格最好的，但不是不能做。
美国如今最大问题是已经不具有买方市场地位，也没有了卖房市场地位，你买不买，或者卖不卖东西别人不是很在乎，有当然好，没有也不是天就塌了，因为有替代品。
但中国的产品你不买不行，因为很多东西你没其他地方买，自力更生需要至少十年的基础设施建设和市场培育。
因此再高的关税也是你自己付，如今中美贸易战的高关税，按照美国政府的统计，93%是美国进口商付，而不是中国出口商付。
因为并不需要非卖给美国。
美国自力更生建设制造业生产链，靠什么？根本不可行。
