@居家凡人:我说了两方面,一是川普对制度对美国国本具有危险性,二是川普做出的所谓危害暂时没有成功。从这两点并不能得出“川普无法把美国变成独裁国家”。恰恰相反,如果川普的副总统不是坚持了效忠宪法的彭斯,而是他所需要的效忠他个人的其他某个人(人心百样,这样的人必然存在,美国不可能每次都好运,都是关键时刻由效忠宪法的人处在关键时刻,这样的风险一次都不值得冒),他可能已经成功制造了不堪设想的后果。“一个独断专行且任人唯亲的CEO上任,就一定会改变公司的所有权吗”,这倒是受制于民法,一个公司的CEO未必能够窃取公司,因为还有公司无法控制的暴力工具管辖着他。但国家不一样,一旦架空了宪法,就成了元首。公民对国家的所有权由宪法规定,一旦宪法被架空,公民的所有权就不再有意义了。从民主到专制,并没有你想象的那么难,例子有很多:比如罗马、魏玛、委内瑞拉,有纲领有野心有组织支持的政治强人要击败一盘散沙的举国公民,需要一个时机,一个民粹口号,和一个雷霆霹雳手段。
