The entire discretionary spending is less than 15% of the story. If put aside VA and Department of Education, this number is about 5%. Elon will not balance the budge by cutting the number of Federal employees. The majority of the government spending is on entitlement programs and defense.

these do not create new money. and the US manufacturing needs talents and workers. it is to downsize government and reduce the debt. we do not need globalization which weakens US people's creativity.
