＂诺基亚的错误在于错信了微软＂这个说明是不正确的。
因为安卓有严重的版权问题，使用安卓是冒风险的，三星也抄袭了iphone很多。问题是，现在的版权法并不健全，给了三星利用的机会。

结果是：抄袭的代价很小，创新的代价很大。

IBM最新报表：
Revenue:
$24.7 billion, down 5 percent, down 2 percent adjusting for currency

Gross profit margin:
GAAP: 47.4 percent, up 0.9 points;
Operating (non-GAAP): 48.1 percent, up 1.2 points;

也就是说，总收入减少，但利润却上涨。
