《Miko》：希望每只汪星人都有个好归宿（英文歌）
万圣节那天，许多人都加入“百鬼夜行”的队伍去要么去讨糖，要么去参加派对了。我却和好友兼同事去唐人街的Animal Shelter领养狗狗。她说她第一眼看到小狗的时候觉得他特别惹人怜爱，而且似乎没什么人想要领养他。正好我另一个同事在这家shelter兼职，在同事领着朋友一次短暂和狗狗亲密接触后，她果断决定要把他带回家。
正式领养那天，我坚持要和她一起去，果不其然，小家伙精力特别旺盛，我俩费了好大劲才把他抱进狗狗包里。朋友给他取了个名字叫Miko['mi:kou]，因为狗狗的毛色让她想到儿时自己最喜欢的一个冰激淋牌子（她是法国人）。
这两年朋友经历了很多。先是诊断出了一种罕见、且难治愈的肺部疾病，健康受到了极大的影响，甚至在家调养了将近一个学年，然后心爱的几只宠物纷纷因为年老离世了。遇见Miko又让她重新找到了生活中的亮光和温暖。本来想马上给她写首歌，但最近事多搁置了，这两天又碰上家长会，周末感觉超级累，在家偷懒躺平了两天，终于在临睡前写了这首歌。
