一个精神病人多年来总说他胃里有个啤酒瓶。当他患盲肠炎要到医院开刀时，外科医生和精神病医生商议，趁机会消除他这个古怪的幻想。病人慢慢苏醒过来，医生高举一个啤酒瓶说：“我们总算把它拿出来了。”“你们拿错了。”病人尖声喊叫，“我肚子里的啤酒瓶不是这个牌子的。”
