We do have choices: We can choose to conserve energy, we can use renewable energies, we can reduce our ecological footprint and live sustainably.
It is future generations who will have no choice, not ours. They will inherit a degraded planet contaminated by nuclear waste that will last an eternity.
We have no moral right to unload the costs, both economic and ecological, of our lifestyle on the backs of unborn generations.
