朋友家种了很多西红柿摘了很多给我.我一打开看全是青的,我顿时傻了眼.这辈子还没吃过青的,不知道怎么做.聪明的朋友一看我表情就知道我不会做,她教了我一最简单的方法.就用豆瓣酱炒.报着半信半疑的态度,第二天炒了两个试试,真是好吃.酸酸甜甜的,很下饭.LG吃了好大几口后问我这是什么.当我告诉他就是西红柿时,他说没吃出来.




做法就真的像朋友说的用豆瓣酱炒就好.不用放盐了,因为豆瓣酱本身很咸.不过我有加鲜瓣酱在里面.看上去红一点,辣味多一点.





朋友给的几个快吃完了,心里在为自家院子里的那两棵西红柿担心,怕等不到它们变红就全进了肚了.明年要多种几棵了.
