做法很简单,我用的是韩国店买的青萝卜3个,切片,用1/4杯盐和1/3杯糖腌出水,晾干水分后装入干净无油的大瓶子;另将酱油半杯,老抽5大匙,红糖6大匙,五香粉3小匙,煮开放凉,最后倒入盛萝卜的大瓶子里,盖紧盖子放入冰箱,随时取用,夏天没胃口时就着白粥很香地说。
将萝卜切丝,与葱丝和青椒丝加半匙醋,半匙酱油和适量香油一拌,便是一道清口小菜;
