USCIS Issues Guidance on Standard RFE Response Timeframe By: Beth Robertie, Associate 对于申请人在回答移民局RFE (Request for Evidence) 后，其案件何时会得到结果，USCIS最近发布了有关的timeframe。根据USCIS，如果申请人在提交其RFE response的60天后仍未收到移民局的回复，申请人可以查询其RFE的情况。如果在此后的30天之后仍未能解决问题，申请人应当联系USCIS National Customer Service Center(1-800-375-5283). 但以上并不适用现时大量的I-485sRFEs，希望USCIS在未来会对其发布有关timeframe。 The USCIS has issued an estimate of the reasonable timeframe within which one could expect a decision on a matter after submission of a response to a Request For Evidence (RFE). As most of you probably know, RFEs are issued by USCIS in a variety of cases after submission of a petition which the Service feels is in need of more evidentiary support. According to USCIS, after 60 days it is appropriate to make inquiries on an RFE to which no response has been received. After an additional 30 days, if the matter remains unresolved, then the USCIS National Customer Service Center should be contacted (1-800-375-5283).
