材料∶ ¼ cup 低筋面粉,¼ cup糖,一个蛋白,1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract,2 tablespoon butter。
做法:Butter 熔化,放凉后把所有材料加进去,搅成光滑的厚面糊。烤箱预热375F。放一张parchment paper在烤盘上,放面糊,摊平抹匀,要薄,入烤箱,烤大概6-8分钟,边缘有颜色后马上拿出来,趁热,卷起来。动作要快。
我这是第一次做,不熟练,只卷成三个。
爱厨有个方子,面粉用量更少,烤出来更脆。
