如果你重来没有做过葡萄酒,下面的细节可供参考

1. 工具--you can buy them from wine supply store



2. 葡萄汁,发酵粉,瓶塞,标签,,,for first time maker, buy a winekit, it contains everything you need. After you feel confidence, then you use fresh grape juice.



3. 照本宣科,把 葡萄汁倒桶里,量比重,撒发酵粉,盖盖。  你就等它冒泡吧。The fermentation may take 4 to 8 weeks depends on your juice.












4. 发酵的事不用你管,但酒瓶儿得你自个洗--make sure the bottles are super clean.
