2nd FP notice

We just got a notice of 2nd FP From TXS and the appointment time is 1:00Pm, but for some reason we want to be there in the early moring. I\'m wondering if we can do that or do we need to call them before we go there? Please share your ideas. thanks a lot. By the way, does this indicate something or is just routine checking.our case info as following:
