处理鲜贝有两个方法:可以用沸水泡15’; 也可以用油5分热时过一下。这两种方法我都用过。
用姜片蒜片爆香锅,将处理好的鲜贝翻炒几下,加入香菇,红椒,意大利瓜炒匀,加入少酱油,盐,糖,XO酱一勺,翻炒,起锅:
