南瓜小半个,切成块去皮,蒸熟,压成泥. 糖桂花拌入南瓜泥中
鱼胶粉大约10g左右, 放入微波炉，中火40秒融化鱼胶粉
融化的鱼胶粉倒入南瓜泥中搅匀

找一个圆底的碗，铺上一层保鲜膜,将南瓜泥倒入
放入冰箱内冷藏2个小时，取出反扣在盘中.揭去保鲜膜,裱上沙拉酱开吃
