Initiated a position in DHI at $14.69 Stop if the stock is closed below $12
Reason: this is more a technical play than a fundamental call. I certainly don\'t foresee any material improvement in the US housing market --- it takes time to clear all those inventories. However, the homebuilder sector has a good chance to rebound from here after dropping more than two thirds within the past one and half years.
