近来又忙了一阵子,本来已经是不能登大雅之堂的家常菜,这会儿就更委屈大家了,不过我还是贴一下,可以帮一些潜水的MM们带来信心.

晚饭A:

洋葱排骨-排骨用盐腌过夜,再拍一点糯米粉,用油两面略煎过取出.
用油炒香洋葱丝,入排骨,酒,酱油,糖,胡椒,西红柿,高汤,盖盖,烧10分钟,勾欠,好了.

晚饭B:

豆鼓蒸鱼-昌鱼,俩面用刀画格,用盐,酒腌20分钟,洗过,放盘里,底下垫姜片,上面盖上拌好的,剁碎的,姜,蒜,辣椒,豆鼓,糖,味精,再盖上,切碎的葱,bacon,干辣椒,大火蒸12分钟.

茼蒿烫过开水,拌麻油,金兰酱油膏.

晚饭C:

韭黄炒蟮丝-油炒香白葱段,姜丝,下解冻的熟鳝丝,炒,再加笋丝,绍酒,酱油,糖,高汤,焖烧几分钟,加韭黄,麻油,白胡椒,好了.

麻婆豆腐-油炒香姜末,蒜末,加肉末,炒干,加辣豆瓣酱,干红辣椒粉,炒出红油,加豆腐,高汤,料酒,焖烧一下,加味精,花椒粉,淋上红油,好了.

笋干烧排骨-排骨飞水,笋干泡过水切段,一起用油煸炒一下,加姜片,蒜,生抽,老抽,冰糖,绍酒,干辣椒,高汤,中火煮1小时,大火收水.
