A handsome young man was ever with a pretty young lady,
They loved each other like Prince Phillip and Sleeping Beauty.
He used to say oh thank goodness you’re such a lovely little sweetie,
While she always responded with flush don’t call me this I’m not Britney.
They were so peaceful and joyful as if they came from a fairy-tale movie,
All that the other people could do were just to watch and envy.
The couple also imagined their future about establishing a family,
They realized better get well prepared before their first-born baby.
Although they were not in good financial situation they were still happy,
But now for the coming future for their life they had to make more money.
So he decided to go out for the second job and hence he became very busy,
Yet sometimes they still went to Chinese buffet to relax and enjoy their Friday.

He never believed these so when he passed her the slip his face was still smiley,
But her face turned to pale after she read through the message carefully.

He knew that she had soft heart and emotional thinking and dependent personality,
So he tried to comfort her and said I shouldn’t have shown it to you I am so sorry.
As to her she replied with a reluctant smile said it’s okay I’m fine this is too much jokey,
At least that moment he thought they already let it go so both of them should be carefree.
And then he started to ask her what she got from the cookie to see if she was lucky,
The thing he felt strange is that she refused to show her own fortune cookie.
She explained it’s about my wish and dream so it can’t be revealed currently,
That makes sense he thought also it’s not a big deal since now it’s not early.
Therefore he checked out and paid the tip and then they left in hurry,
’Cause tomorrow Saturday he had to work on the second job continuously…
As time passed by it seemed both of them forgot that night completely,
Now the young man was working hard and toughly and aggressively.
However the young lady was concerned for she noticed that he changed quickly,
The more money he made the more impatient he was now he became very bossy.
She was depressed since the money wasn’t like what he described the thing almighty,
It didn’t bring more convenience or happiness and they even lost their original harmony.
She was so sad that no mind at work even absent when driving she thought life is so tricky,

That day he came back told her that at work place he met another smart pretty girl Maggie.
He defended himself said you might love me but I only like you I never loved you previously,

But Maggie she is so wild so vigorous and just like a cute sleek restless Abyssinian kitty,
Every time being with her I am truly energized and the only thing I wanna do is to marry.
No intend to hurt you but I only treat you like my closest female friend and roommate sincerely,
Yet Maggie is everything is anything she is the whole world she is my soul mate earnestly.
If I force myself to love you that’s definitely a stupid mission impossible to me,
If you force yourself to still love me that’s apparently unwise you shouldn’t be treated unfairly.
So my conclusion is since no married yet we are supposed to be totally free do you agree,
To his surprise the young lady was so calm she even could pour him a glass of Burgundy.
Nobody knew what she was thinking her hands holding the glass were not even shaky,
All he could see is it seemed she relieved some heavy burden from her slender body.
When he was a little confused she said I’m not gonna cry don’t think I will go crazy,
In fact today I just feel the weather becomes fine while the old days are mostly cloudy.
At the very beginning we fell in love but that was not enough since we didn't have chemistry,
And now time proves that the so-called love can't undergo any kind of temptation or dishonesty.

So after you leave I’m not even gonna feel hopeless or desperate or lonely.

Just ask you for one more thing can you give me last hug ’cause I feel a little chilly.
Please don’t treat me like a spring chicken those who need a lot of care and pity,
And don’t think I cannot survive without you since I have my own salary.

So after I read the your fortune you showed to me I felt it was really scary,
