buying property

I have been checking properties during the last one month. it is so interesting that finally I still come back to try to buy somthing. it is all because I am so eager to create a nice , elegant and specious home for children. Also mom's urge everytime is making me emotional. Finally I gave the offer of 240K for this property that ask 254K, I don't know if it is deserved or not. but it has all the things that I need. Also it looks so hard to find some proper stuff on the market. either not good size, or not good environment. anyway. I think we have big posiblity to get this one.

Tomorrow I am going to one that is sold by the owner. hope that can work.
