请问，如果接受了一个OFFER，后来又想接受别的OFFER，又问题吗？

正在找工作，当然是什么工作都找，工资差距很大。
我现在连大学的教职都在找，以防最后公司的工作找不到。
可学校的OFFER一般来的快。

我的问题是，如果有了OFFER，人家给2周决定接受不接受。如果接受了OFFER，后面又有更好的来了，能反悔前面的OFFER吗？ 如果接受了又拒绝，有什么坏处吗？比如，诉讼。。什么的。

请帮助解答一下。谢谢
