紫薯糍-

买的紫薯本来是想元宵节party做汤团的, LG 反对, 说还是做传统的, 就没做,
汤团剩了一些馅, 今天就用它来做糯米糍巴,

紫薯3个刨皮切段用水煮熟, 碾烂, 放一包糯米粉, 加一点煮紫薯的水和糖, 揉成团, 包馅,

煮一锅开水, 下团子, 浮起来后就拿出来放进装了黄豆粉 (roasted) 的碗里, 滚一下,粘上豆粉, 好了, 很好吃,

汤团馅是用炒熟打碎的芝麻, walnut, pecan, butter, lard, peanut butter, 红糖做的, 把它们都放在 Ziploc bag 捏匀, 做成圆子放冻箱, 再用来包,

剩了几个白汤团, 又包了一层紫薯糯米, 变成双层双色的.
