清蒸鱼块
鱼排切块，盐花椒粉料酒腌20分钟入味，蒸15分钟。


粉丝虾
私房名菜啊!好吃的是底下的粉丝。


木须鸡丝
鸡丝用淀粉盐料酒腌片刻，加少许油翻炒断生，加入胡萝卜丝卷心菜丝和草菇继续翻炒2分钟使素菜丝变软但保留点脆性，加入李锦记的mu shu chicken sauce（在西人超市big lots有卖）调味。


鸡蛋卷
蛋皮卷肉蒸熟切块，淋上鸡汤勾芡。


腌笃鲜
本地小店买的country ham（有点类似国内的火腿）和鲜肉放slow cooker炖8小时，还放了罐头笋（应该放鲜竹笋，就凑合），味道吗---鲜
