Letter to Sharon Stone

Sharon Stone:
May 29, 2008

I do not know what kind of moral standard you base on and I do not know what kind of religion you believe in, but I feel pissed off with what you said in France/>/> against more than eighty thousand Chinese victims of Sichuan/>/> earthquake.

Earthquake is a natural disaster, not “karma”,
which will happen in any country. How could you feel it’s a karma when so many thousands innocent people suffered losing their children, parents, friends ,houses and properties? How about the Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans/>/> and Tsunami in Southeast Asia/>? You think they were "karma"  too?  I don’t believe that word would come out of a human’s mouth nor even an animal’s mouth; it would only come out of a devil’s mouth with an evil thought. When any natural disaster happed in any country, any body with some human blood in any place of the world would feel sorry about that with deep sympathy and try to help them to survive and pass through , that is an international humane behavior regardless of the system of the society, the culture of the people, or their religions. You said: “ I am not happy with the way the Chinese treat Tibetan… and they are not nice to Dalai Lama , a friend of mine…Is that a Karma?”

What kind of human right Dalai Lama used to represent for? How the Chinese treat the majority of Tibetan in China/>/>? You sounded like the congresswoman Barbara Lee lack of information about that. Read the article of Barbara Lee published in SF Chronicle and the letter of my response, you will understand more about your friend.

By the way Richard Gere should read it too.
