Dear Parents,

I am genuinely concerned with the feedback that some of you have given
last Friday afternoon, and am sparing no effort in attending to this
matter personally. Please allow me to highlight to you that the
incidences/situation that you have cited certainly run contrary to our core
values of putting our children first, making learning a joyful experience,
striving for excellence in all that we do, and professional conduct and
integrity.

Because of the seriousness of the feedback, I have immediately
requested an in-depth inquiry into this matter from my team. I would sincerely
appreciate it if you could accommodate us a little time for us to
thoroughly investigate and objectively evaluate this matter. In
consideration of this, may I suggest that we meet next Tuesday, September 9, at 1
pm at the Centre? Do let me know if there is a better time preferred.

I would also like to share that arising from the Friday email, I have
also received very positive counter-feedback from a few parents. Perhaps
we can take the opportunity of the meeting to discuss some of these as
well.

I sincerely thank you for your frank feedback, and would like to give
you my assurance and commitment that we will certainly work on resolving
the issues highlighted. I greatly appreciate your support for Learning
Vision these past few years, and would like to request that you
continue to extend your strong support as we rectify the concerns that you
have surfaced. I look forward to meeting you next week. Thank you.
