美称格乌难速入北约

据新华社报道 美国负责欧洲和欧亚事务的助理国务卿丹尼尔·弗里德25日说，北约几年内不会接纳格鲁吉亚和乌克兰。北约成员国定于12月2日至3日在比利时布鲁塞尔举行外长会议，审议两国加入北约的申请。按照弗里德的说法，北约在未来几年内不会吸纳新成员。他认为，北约支持格鲁吉亚和乌克兰加入北约，但它们有很多工作需要完成。一些分析师认为，今年8月俄罗斯与格方发生军事冲突，导致后者加入北约的请求更为敏感。
