今天被私房里 墨冰冰的炒疙瘩, OregonRain的荞麦烩饼, 笑纳的海鲜饭, 给谗的乱了阵营, 本来计划好是煎个三文鱼, 烫个芦笋, 再配个butter pasta, 就解决晚饭的, 结果今晚吃的是这个叫不出名的晚饭来. 不过大家吃的挺高兴的, 好啦, 就把它纳入私房吧.

三文鱼解冻, 沥干水, 洒胡椒,盐, 两面煎熟, 取出,

面粉加蛋,盐,水, 揉成面团, 醒过, 用手扯成块扔进一锅开水中, 捞起浮上来的, 扔近冷水盆里, 沥掉水, 把大块的改刀切小,

芦笋刨掉底部外皮, 再撇断老的, 切小段, 开水川烫过,捞出.

两个红葱头, 几粒蒜, 一小段姜, 切碎,

锅加热放油,炒香蒜,姜,红葱头末, 放进面疙瘩, 炒干, 加酱油和酱油膏, 炒匀,

倒入三文鱼和芦笋, 翻炒, 加一点米酒, 胡椒, 酱油, 香油, 拌炒匀,就好了.
