前一阵子忽然嘴唇上起了疱疹，西医叫Cold Sore, 由herpes simple virus 引起，中国民间有的地方叫火疱，因燥热引起。看了西医，擦了西药膏，越来越大。后来打电话问国内的中医，一方两天见效。和大家分享：板蓝根2钱+金银花5钱，加水3碗，水滚后文火煮20分钟。后同事侄儿嘴里生极大的溃疡，一副即见效。
