鲜嫩弹性的虾肉拌着青紫苏的特殊香味,外头是酥脆口感的春卷皮,很不错哟. 微微透明的春卷皮里隐隐透出叶的绿与虾的粉嫩,卖相可以滴.

材料( 如图1):
中虾20只
青紫苏叶10片
春卷皮10张

调味料:
料酒 盐

做法:
1.虾去壳去沙线后,在腹部用刀划上几刀,防止遇热卷曲(如图2),然后加少许料酒和盐调味,抓一下防止20分钟。
2.一张春卷皮,放上一张大叶,然后把2条虾一头一尾排列在上头(如图3),包成春卷样子(如图4)
3.油锅微热,中小火把春卷煎炸至表面金黄有些透明(如图5),然后放吸油纸上吸去多余油份即可(如图6)
自己感觉吃的时候沾些醋更加美味^_^
