As we can see, today CBAK had a long up tail with heavy volume, but the volume was 40% lighter than last Friday. Also it rejected the high today and went lower today; its 5m chart did not look good either. Investors should be cautious about it. Fortunately, it tested yesterday’s close price three times today and managed to close positive. It appears that CBAK MM would push it higher when market is going down, a strategy that MM used during the past few days. We shall see if that pattern continues next.
According to today’s action, it seems like CBAK does not have the characteristic of Extreme Stocks, stocks could double in a month. But I have not thrown in the towel yet, I will watch it a little further to decide whether we should include CBAK in the October Extreme Stocks candidates.
