做法:脱皮绿豆仁洗净加水入高压锅,喷气后离火,稍凉后倒出趁热用木匙搅碎成绿豆沙,将绿豆沙放入锅中,加糖以小火炒至不粘手即可。白芝麻炒香碾碎,再将各色果仁切碎,加糖拌匀成馅。绿豆沙上下垫Parchment Paper,用擀面杖擀开成一长形片状,中间放芝麻果仁馅,隔着纸小心卷起,放入冰箱冷藏1小时,取出切块即可。
