馅料:韭菜、葱、粉丝、猪肉、姜
调味料:盐、胡椒粉、生抽、生粉、适量的鸡汤或猪骨头汤
做法:
1、将所有材料剁碎,加入调味料搅拌成包子馅料。

2、面粉加发酵粉和水揉成面团,发酵。

3、等面发好后,开始包包子

4、平底锅放油,把包子放进去,加水(大概包子高度的三分之一左右),
盖上锅盖,水开后用中火煮十几分钟,

6、再用小火慢慢煎5、6分钟至水干,底部呈金黄色即可。

做法:
1、面粉加发酵粉和适量的水发酵。
