巧克力pecan曲奇


 


Ingredients
8 tablespoons butter, softened but still cool 室温黄油
1 cup granulated sugar 糖
1/2 tablespoon molasses 红糖精
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 香草精
1 teaspoon salt 盐
1¼ cups all-purpose flour 中筋粉
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips 巧克力粒
1 cup pecans


做法:



 


1, 混合糖,黄油,molasses,香草精,盐


2,加入面粉,banking soda, bakingpowder



3,加入巧克力,稍加混合


4,冰箱里放半个小时


5,做成高尔夫球大小的小球,摆上pecan


6,350F,15分钟左右。中间翻转一次烤盘
