脸上上火出了小脓包，用STIVES apricot scrub(磨砂膏)洗脸，在包位置上多磨几下，不痛很舒服，还没发脓的包不会发了，发了的包很快会干了下去。很有效！原理未知！
嘴巴里有溃疡，用漱口水含一会多漱几次口，很快会好！用的是EQUATE antibacterial mouth wash。只是个人经验，没有理论依据。
