短评:今天(4月12日星期二)和昨天相比暂时还没有变化。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定仍维持在4.75%,5/1 ARM为2.75%。如果股票市场继续下跌,银行今天晚些时候有可能会向下微调利率的。
