如果125磅,一天要吃1700大卡。 所以盈盈只吃1295大卡其实很少哦。

真正数过大卡的人都知道, 1300大卡, 真不多。

一杯米饭, 230大卡就跑掉了, 盛到我们老中的青花小瓷碗里, 最多是半碗多些。

意大利面因为水多, 体积大, 天使头发一大盘才200大卡。

可惜我是饭桶, 虽然意大利面体积大, 吃起来饱些, 还是更加喜欢米饭。

8昂士的牛排, 650大卡就没了, 那是1300的一半哦。

一磅猪肉, 不多吧, 炒起来一小盘, 不算热锅的油, 1122大卡。 你就哭吧。
