烈日炎炎,今做了个改良版的香干马兰头,取名为“豆皮马兰头”呵呵,但愿您也喜欢,有砖轻拍(另附几道家常小菜)

豆皮马兰头;以前上海有道有名小菜,香干马兰头,用的是豆干切小粒,马兰头切末相拌,今“偷懒”用干豆腐反代替香干……呵呵,感觉不错

材料;马兰头半包,豆腐皮一包,香油、盐、鸡精,

马兰头过水冲凉切末沥干、拌入香油、盐、鸡精,豆皮入盐水鸡精略煮沥干,将马兰头卷入豆皮中切段装盆,淋入勾茨汤汁即成,清香润口乃夏日之美食。
