简单易做的三鲜豆腐(鱼籽、蟹肉拌豆腐)

鱼籽、蟹肉少许,水豆腐一块,先将豆腐切大片,入盐水少煮片刻,小心取出沥干,码放入盆中,豆腐上再略撒一点盐,用喷枪喷热豆腐四边,使其略带焦香,上再放上鱼籽、蟹肉,吃时拌匀即可,简单美味
