美国政府将起诉高盛等12家银行抵押贷款欺诈

腾讯财经讯 北京时间9月2日上午消息，负责监督抵押市场的美国联邦住房金融管理局(Federal Housing Finance Agency)，正准备对“超过12个”的美国大型银行提起诉讼，索赔数十亿美元。FHFA指控这些银行在房地产泡沫期间故意对它们所包装并出售的抵押债权质量做出错误的陈述。


据《纽约时报》披露，三位不愿透露姓名的知情人士表示，美国联邦住房金融管理局准备将美国银行、摩根大通和高盛集团等多家银行告上法庭。据悉，德意志银行也在被指控银行之列。


消息称，美国政府的起诉时间将定在本周五或下周二进行(米娜)
