SUMMARY:今天(10月31日星期一)的利率价格继续好转,虽然30年及15年固定的利率没有变化,但41万7以下重新贷款5/1 ARM的利率稍有回落!目前重新贷款41万7以下30年固定仍维持在4.000%,15 年固定仍为3.375%,5/1 ARM略降为2.75%。购房贷款41万7以下,30年固定利率仍为3.875%,15年固定仍为3.25%,5/1 ARM为2.5%。
