I made Bokchoi and pork dumplings for dinner tonight. It was delicious.I bought the dumpling skins from Grant's food Chinese super market. There are minced Bokchoi,pork meat, shrimps,dried mushroom,gingger and greem onions, mixed and seasoning with soy sauce,pepper powder, cooking wine,oil,chili powder,to make the fillings.It will be better if I can make the skins by myself, but the one from supermarket is not too bad too.

 

After the dumplings are made, I cooked 60 dumplings, I had 20, Aaron had 25, the left 15 I put into a lunch box for Aaron's lunch tomorrow. I still have some left, put into freezer, it can be used for emergency.
