香煎神户牛肉-圣诞给老妈做的晚餐

圣诞节了,到处都关门,在家里泡了一天,难得的清闲,老妈也来了一个多月了,把前两天买的神户牛肉和牛尾巴拿出来了.牛尾巴当然是炖汤,罗宋口味的.神户牛肉,就煎来吃了.

先用上好的黑胡椒和上好的盐腌一下.要半小时,40分钟.

把锅烧得很热很热,下一点点油,再放牛肉,要熟得快,就切成几块.

孝敬老妈的牛尾汤.放了西红柿,西芹,紫土豆,紫洋葱.

另外,今晚一个小插曲,好险啊.出去配朋友喝了几杯,回家时,一个右转弯,我没把车速度停到零,就转弯了,然后,仗着车况好(BMW X5),就很快换线了。没想到后面跟的是警车,一下就亮灯了,第一反应就是右转进了一个Court,停下来,把驾照乖乖的拿出来,保险,注册,都给警官看了。警察问喝了几杯,我说和了两杯红的。警察又让我的眼睛跟着他的手指头转,再下车,又让双脚并一起,让我的眼睛再跟他的手指头转来转去,老天保佑,过关了。还好,没喝多。兄弟姐妹们,千万别喝多了开车啊,切忌,切忌。祝大家圣诞快乐!!!
