Today I went to see my OB Dr.Bhangu for the check up after delivery the baby for 6 weeks.
He checked my blood presure and my belly. He told me my still big stomach is not easy getting down due to my weak abdomen wall muscle.I need to do lots of sit ups or other exercise to build a stronger muscle around my belly. He even suspects that I have hernia if so I need to do an operation.
Then he said I don't neet to come back anymore unless have another baby.Bye,he said.
That it is, after almost one year's visiting him, I will stop coming here.
I worried about the fact that my stomach will be big like I am pregnent all the time. In the afternoon I went to see my family doctor Peter Pang, he told me the same thing that my belly muscle is too weak but he doubts that I have a hernia. Come back to check again after two months,he told me. And again, I was told to do exercise.
If I want my belly going down and back to normal size, I really need to exercise. It will be a priority for me to do from now on.
