走着，听着，瞧着，心里有时念叨着。歇歇脚儿时就在这儿爬拉两下留着。

家在北方，附近有水库。每年快过年的时候，我妈都会到水边打鱼的人家买几条鱼，也常听她唠叨说这鱼不知怎么做才好吃。


邻居里有一位阿姨是南方人，姓苗。因为说话南方口语很明显，大人们都开玩笑叫她苗蛮子（蛮子只是指说话的口语，别无它意），我们叫她苗姨。她烧的饭菜很好吃，我妈也常到她那里学几招回来给我们做。


她每年都会做熏鱼，做的时候，我妈也去买两条让她一起熏，拿回来是黄黄的样子，带着烟的香味。只记得吃的时候切成块和菜一起蒸蒸，很香，怎么熏的我就不知道了。


网上找了张图，就是这样的，金黄的湖南熏鱼，真是烟熏出来的熏鱼：
