家里大儿超级爱吃苹果,可惜过敏,越是新鲜越是不能吃。

做法:
1)派皮
最简单的是买现成冷藏的派皮,打开就能直接用。
再麻烦一点的是,用现成的派皮粉,加水,揉匀,擀开即可。
最麻烦的是自己做:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, chilled and diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ice water
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in water, a tablespoon at a time, until mixture forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Roll dough out to fit a 9 inch pie plate. Place crust in pie plate. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the pie plate.
5-6 个适合baking用的苹果。俺用了2个granny smith,用了4个gala。Granny smith 有酸味,好吃,全用又太酸。
削皮,切成片,加入1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp flour混合的粉,拌匀。
3)合成
一片派皮垫底,加入派馅,盖上另一片派皮。修好边,用刀在表面划几道。可在表面刷点牛奶,撒一点cinnamon sugar (可选)。
375F 约烤40-45 分钟, 直到金黄,有小泡泡在冒。
