走过的county百十所学校，都是从小学二年级起librarians 介绍什么是抄袭。 它的后果会怎么样? 每篇文章只能有三句以下的话可以摘自外处，还要加注出处。 学生必须自觉遵守，否则到了初中以上，学校一经发现，一律按零分处理。 这就可以看出，美国这种从小抄袭教育方式比较成功。 纵观国内，自小无此观念，以至于小到孩子乱抄作文，大到高级官员，院校弄虚作假。 恶风无法控制，其根源在于从小抄袭观念不入人心。 如能从娃娃抓起，正风有何难树?
