方圆贷款今日房贷利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:由于今天(7月5日星期五)公布的6月份就业报告大大好于预期,开盘时房贷二级市场打包贷款债券的价格狂跌,导致相应的房贷利率飙升!目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定飙升0.25%至4.5%,15 年固定涨至3.5%,5/1 ARM涨至3.5%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率飙升0.375%至4.5%,15年固定上涨0.25%至3.375%,5/1 ARM仍为2.875%。
