材料:1。猪里脊肉两条。
2。腌制约半个小时。腌料有:生抽,老抽,沙糖,蜂蜜,料酒等。
3。350度预热烤箱。将已用钢钎穿好的里脊肉架在铺好锡纸的烤盘上。
4。转至420度烤40分钟,为防止过干,在烤的过程中可以用锡纸把里脊肉盖住。
5。出炉,装盘上桌。不含化学色素,具有健康肤色的自制叉烧。
